Avant is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to work in our Kelowna Corporate Office. This employee will report directly to the Director of Sales and have secondary reporting to the Director of Marketing.

Key job responsibilities will include the following:

  • Administrative work (e.g. Provincial Liquor Board and/or Health Canada paperwork).

  • Sales Analysis (e.g. analyzing sales trends, pricing & promotions; sales tracking & forecasting).

  • Sourcing & Distributing Sales Materials (e.g. branded attire, displays, promotional materials).

  • Supporting the Sales Team by completing a diverse range of projects.

  • Addressing questions, concerns and complaints from clients & consumers.

  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

We are seeking an intelligent, diligent and creative individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. Strong office software proficiency is also required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Adobe). We prefer candidates with relevant education and experience (e.g. sales & marketing; cannabis or related industry).
